Through the new X2X interface, the SPS control system can store 500 bend angle data, as well as up to 50 consecutive data including displacement dimensions, spatial rotations, etc. on a single pipe.
The database also contains 100 reference data for monitoring the elastic deformation of different materials.
There are two bending operation modes configured for this machine:
Simple bending mode: The displacement and spatial reversal of the pipe will be automatically displayed.
Monitoring bend pipe "mode: The stored bend pipe data will be compared with a fixed nominal/measured data comparison system in the bend pipe.
